Important Safety Recall - Splyt Light

Curio Design Inc. and Splyt LLC, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is sending this notice to inform you of a potential problem with all models of the Splyt Light.  Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately.

It has been determined the modular pieces of the Splyt Light can fail and crack when subject to mechanical force, and may prematurely fail.  In an abundance of caution, this voluntary recall is to address the potential shock and fire hazard that may be caused by failed Splyt Light components.

To address this, we are providing a replacement and refund option for your Splyt Light.  Please see below for the actions needed to return the Splyt Light to us for a replacement or refund.

The safety and continued satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.  Your cooperation and patience in dealing with this important issue is very much appreciated.

Option 1: Free Replacement

You will be sent a prepaid shipping label to return your Splyt Light.  Please print the label and send your Splyt Light(s) back to us.  The replacement Splyt Lights will be sent to your address when they are completed, which may be several months from now.  We appreciate your patience and support.

Option 2: Full Refund

Upon the return of your Splyt Light, you will receive a full refund for your purchase cost.  Please print the label and send your Splyt Light(s) back to us.  A full refund will be applied to your payment method upon receipt of the returned product.
